HOW to APPLY LEAN PRINCIPLES for GROWTH
Do you need to increase capacity, be more price competitive or reduce lead times?
Do you have streamlined and efficient business processes that are fit for purpose?
Applying Lean Principles begins by establishing what it is that customer’s really value. Then by mapping the value stream and eliminating waste (or non value adding activity) we can create more capacity for value adding activity and growth.
This ‘taster’ workshop provides delegates with some simple and effective tools and techniques which can be applied to their own business processes. To download the event flyer click here
